Josephine Joseph Makiluli is a results-driven rural development professional and Project Officer at RECODA (Research, Community and Organizational Development Associates). She holds a Bachelor of Rural Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), awarded in 2018, and brings five years of experience designing and implementing community development programmes. Her work spans nutrition-sensitive agriculture, poultry and pig production, community group formation and strengthening, and school feeding.
Through working with RECODA and Partner Organizations, Josephine combines practical field experience with a participatory approach to improving food security, nutrition and rural livelihoods. She has contributed to programmes involving leading development partners, including the World Food Programme (WFP), World Vision Tanzania and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
